Coating: A few microns of glue applied with extreme precision for complete control in bonding

Involving chemistry, aeraulics, mechanics, rheology, thermodynamics, electrical engineering, industrial computing and video control, coating is a complex process that draws on a multitude of disciplines.

Ensuring greater precision, control, performance and energy efficiency, adhesive coating technology has improved drastically since Adhex was founded. Our proactive investment policy ensures that we use the most up-to-date tools and that working conditions for Adhex operators are consistently improved.

Adhex possesses 5 highly productive coating lines able to coat adhesives of various thickness and chemical types, all located in controlled atmosphere rooms (cleanrooms) to protect

against possible pollution. Our adhesive masses are mixed according to rigorous protocols and de-bubbling and filtration processes prevent contamination by impurities.

From no-contact thickness control, video surveillance, continuous logging of production parameters and product tracing by barcode, every step of the process is designed to achieve a flawless result.

Adhex engineers are early adopters of the latest technological developments brought about by Industry 4.0, including robotization, camera control and digital operator assistance. Our teams rely on these advanced tools to meet customer requirements and create new products.

In addition to offering custom industrial solutions, we're able to develop digital interfaces such as database interrogation or modelling systems.
