  • The tape P778 is recommended for technical bonding in the automotive market: to fix and maintain die-cuts foams and other materials which protect outdoor plastic parts (without painting) from shocks and scratches (due to transport & parking).
→ Benefits
  • High tack & adhesion of the open side (especially on foams)
  • Good adhesion of the closed side on materials with low energy surfaces (PP) with rough textures
  • Easily removable without any residue
  • Repositionable
  • Excellent resistance to temperature & humidity cycling
  • Good resistance to water (rain, shower ...)
  • Good temperature resistance : -20°C to 85°C: Continuously (days / weeks): 70°C / Peak (seconds / minutes): 100°C
  • Has been validated by OEM according to specifications
→ Storage and shelf life
  • 6 months from the date of receipt by the customer when the product is stored in his original packaging at 20°C (±5°C) and a relative humidity of approximately 50% (±15%). The products must be protected from temperatures above 40°C, UV light and relative humidity above 80%.
