Adhesive tapes for insulation connection

Adhex adhesives eliminate thermal bridges between two insulation panels for walls, roof underlays and flat roofs. Designed for reinforced adhesion, they are break-resistant, easy to peel off and their notched cut which makes them easy to apply by hand: tool-free use and time saving for the craftsman. The rigid PVC adhesive, specific to the connection of flexible panels coated with kraft (glass wool and rock wool), does not deform during installation. Designed for durable bonding, it meets the requirements of the NF EN 12086 standard. For joining thin, rigid or semi-flexible insulating panels, the connecting adhesive shows a very strong adhesiveness. Its aluminized polyester support (covered with a thin layer of aluminum) gives it thermo-reflective properties that ensure continuity of reflection to radiation for perfect insulation. It is specially adapted to panels coated with aluminized polyester, polypropylene or polyethylene, or with pure or film-coated aluminum. Adhex is constantly innovating and has recently created specific products for a trend that is gaining momentum in renovation, because it is often simpler and less expensive: insulation from the outside. These tapes with strong adhesion are resistant to UV and weathering. They allow bonding in cold weather and on wet surfaces. They connect thick, light or expanded (foam) panels, whatever the material: expanded polystyrene (EPS), extruded polystyrene (XPS), polyurethane (PUR), polyisocyanurate (PIR) or vacuum insulation panels (VIP).
