Adhex obtains 92 points out of 100 for the year 2022.

According to Article 104 of Law 2018-771 of September 5th, 2018 for the right to choose one's professional future, companies with at least 50 employees must calculate 5 indicators each year relating to the pay gap between women and men, as defined in Article D 1142-2 of the Labour legislation.
In 2022, Adhex Technologies obtains 82 points out of 100. Adhex is committed to implementing the means to improve indicators 1 - 3 and 5 of the gender equality index.

- Individual increment gap: 20 points
