At cell level, every tape must perform reliably throughout thousands of charge cycles — under chemical exposure, thermal stress and mechanical strain. Adhex in-cell fixing tapes secure and terminate the jelly roll winding, fix electrodes and separators in place, and protect tabs from mechanical damage. Available in PET, PP and polyimide, they combine chemical resistance, thermal stability and consistent adhesion to meet the most demanding cell manufacturing specifications.
