Conformable silicone, PU and EVA foam materials designed to manage mechanical stresses throughout the battery lifecycle. Die-cut to customized shape, they are available in a range of thicknesses and densities.

Vibration, cell breathing and long-term swelling generate continuous mechanical stress on EV battery components. Adhex compression pads and foams provide cushioning, optimal cell compression and busbar protection — maintaining consistent contact pressure and mechanical integrity throughout the battery’s life, directly contributing to extended range and durability.
