Electrical insulation
Adhex insulation films provide reliable electrical and thermal insulation between battery cells and modules. Compression pads
Adhex compression pads and foams are conformable open and closed-cell foam materials designed to accommodate cell swelling throughout the battery lifecycle and protect busbars from mechanical stress. Compatible with thermal interface materials and structural adhesives, they are available for cylindrical, prismatic and pouch cell formats.
Thermal management
Adhex thermal management solutions include thermally conductive tapes, films, thermal runaway protection and venting solutions engineered to optimize heat dissipation, ensure electrical insulation and protect EV battery packs in the most critical scenarios.
In-cell fixing tape
Adhex in-cell fixing tapes include jelly roll closing, electrode and separator fixing, and tab protection tapes. Available in PET, PP and polyimide, they combine chemical resistance, thermal stability and consistent adhesion for cylindrical, prismatic and pouch cell formats.
Battery Pack sealing
Adhex EV battery pack sealing solutions include die-cut gaskets, hole covering pads and tape covers designed to seal and protect battery pack enclosures. Compatible with various substrates and available in custom shapes, they provide reliable protection against water, dust and contaminant ingress.
