Battery pack sealing
Foams and films die-cut into gaskets, hole covering pads and protective covers, designed to seal and protect EV battery pack enclosures against water, dust and contaminant ingress. Available in custom shapes and compatible with various substrates.
Battery pack enclosures must maintain their integrity throughout the vehicle’s life — at the pack closure joint, around connectors and at recessed fastener locations where water accumulation is a critical risk. Adhex sealing solutions address each of these challenges: die-cut gaskets ensure a reliable seal at pack closure, hole covering pads protect openings from water and dust ingress, and protective covers seal recessed screw heads — preventing water pooling and corrosion in critical areas.

Electrical insulation
Adhex insulation films provide reliable electrical and thermal insulation between battery cells and modules. Designed to meet the stringent safety and performance requirements of EV battery packs, they combine dielectric strength, thermal stability and easy processability. Our films are also compatible with structural adhesives and gap fillers, ensuring seamless integration into modern battery assembly processes.
Compression pads
Adhex compression pads and foams are conformable open and closed-cell foam materials designed to accommodate cell swelling throughout the battery lifecycle and protect busbars from mechanical stress. Compatible with thermal interface materials and structural adhesives, they are available for cylindrical, prismatic and pouch cell formats.

In-cell fixing tape
Adhex in-cell fixing tapes include jelly roll closing, electrode and separator fixing, and tab protection tapes. Available in PET, PP and polyimide, they combine chemical resistance, thermal stability and consistent adhesion for cylindrical, prismatic and pouch cell formats.
